With Yves carrying not one but two blessings, she wants to be the mother that she couldn’t be for her late daughter.
Coming home from rehab, there are a lot of feelings that Yves can’t shake. Roddy is the love of her life, but why does everything in their relationship seem so hard? With their past, she wonders if they’ll be able to restore what they used to have. Or is it best to call it quits and focus on their kids?
Roddy wants to make his relationship work with Yves even more now they’re expecting twins together. He wants to right all the wrongs while proving that he can and will always put Yves before anyone. Amir (Jamal Roque) is an accomplished narrator and actor born in Atlanta and raised in Duval and Miami, Florida- where he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Miami before finishing his Masters in Fine Arts in Acting at Pennsylvania State University. His work on the novel Black Boy Joy landed on many Best of 2021 Audiobook lists including in Audiofile Magazine. Most known for Kwame Mbalia’s Tristan Strong trilogy, other highlights include being featured on Four Hundred Souls edited by Ibram X. Kendi, I Got There by JeVon McCormick and narrating Dr. Ian K. Smith’s Ashe Cayne detective series and in addition to the sensuous romance novels Digging Up Love and Chosen By A Miami King. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to find the voice of a character or real person and truly define their point of view, and give them a life that lifts the characters beyond imagination and into real “People” or “creatures” that are alive with clear objectives. Also his accent work, and finding choices that are sustainable throughout the entire read are other major strengths of his work. RP-English Accent, Southern, Bostonian, West African, American, South African, and Egyptian accents are what he''s most at home doing, but has a range that can extend beyond these accents. Outside of the booth, he has been seen on TV most notably on Empire and Chicago Med, and on stages across the country including The Geffen Playhouse and Chicago Shakespeare Theatre.

_The voice of Katherine Dollison has been heard on such titles as Cubana, Amaryllis, and Daddy's House. She combines her childhood exposure to narcissism, toxic families, and seedy alternative lifestyles with her on-stage and on-camera experience in the entertainment industry. Originally from Los Angeles, Katherine is comfortable portraying a variety of ages, dialects, and psychological characteristics. Aside from her personal experiences with criminal behavior during her youth, she attributes her range to the diverse array of people she has encountered while working in the service industry. Katherine's embodiment of characters further makes you feel immersed in the story and brings to life all of the pain and emotion they are dealing with. In addition to her work on stage and screen, Katherine was a member of the City Garage Theater in Los Angeles. _
