Podium’s Victoria Gerken Promoted to Publisher

We’re thrilled to announce that our very own Victoria Gerken has been promoted to Publisher and Head of Acquisitions. Given how extensively she touches every aspect of Podium Audio’s business – from acquisitions to distribution to marketing to author relations – this promotion is much deserved and highly celebrated. Victoria will continue to report directly to CEO Scott Dickey, and will continue to manage her rockstar acquisitions and author relations team.

Victoria Gerken has welcomed independent authors into the Podium Audio family since 2016. She previously worked with authors in traditional publishing roles – at Random House and Alfred A. Knopf – where she was a publicist and sold subsidiary rights. She got her first taste of entrepreneurship in publishing as the founder of the Random House Speakers Bureau.
