Takerra Allen is the author of 17 Urban-Contemporary African-American Fiction novels. In addition to an author, she is the proud daughter of former Black Panther William Garland, and sister to the late renowned rapper, Tupac Shakur. She is one half of an independent publishing company, Angelic Script which she heads with her partner Sandra. She has been featured in publications such as Us Weekly, XXL Magazine and Don Diva Magazine, featured four times in the Top 10 Urban Books Listing and has written and directed an indie film based on one of her novels, Heaven's Hell.

Shawn K. Jain is a Harvard University/Moscow Art Theater School/A.R.T. Institute graduate. He has TV credits for shows on Apple TV+, CBS, HBO Max, Amazon Prime, Showtime, and Peacock. Audiobooks for titles by PRH, Hachette, Bloomsbury, HarperCollins, Epic!, Blackstone, GraphicAudio, and more. Prior to saying yes to his calling to be an actor, Shawn was a communications and marketing professional who did important work with organizations like the ACLU and the International AIDS Society. Born and raised in Northern California, Shawn received his B.A. from UC Berkeley. Shawn is queer and of South Asian descent. Shawn is a native English speaker and is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Hindi. He can do British, Farsi, Hindi, Indian, Urdu, and Arabic accents.
